No Suicide

Would you burn your house down because you had a hornet nest inside? Of course not! You would hire an exterminator If you had a cut on your arm and left it untreated, it would get infected. You would see a doctor. If you are thinking about harming yourself doesn’t it make sense to see someone? Suicide is a permanent attempt to solve a temporary problem. Reach out, call someone, don’t try to fight it alone.
