(curriculum based small groups that
focus
on helping people prevent and overcome life-controlling issues. The materials are biblically-based, Christ-centered, and designed to benefit all church members — challenging them to examine their own lives and equipping them to reach their communities by addressing the heart-felt needs of people.)
This curriculum presents a strong message of Christ as Healer of abuse in any relationship, whether it was/is mate abuse, child abuse or even child as co-victim (witnessed a parent being abused). This group includes all forms of abuse: physical, emotional, verbal, sexual or mental abuse. You will learn how to deal with wounded emotions, control and intimacy issues.
As a person goes through this group they will be able to identify what the Bible has to say about handling the losses of life. To grieve is human; how to grieve Christianly is supernatural. It requires us to invite the Holy Spirit to guide us through the grieving process.
This study also provides guidance in the use of Scripture to help the grieving. It offers biblical coping methods for facing loss and comfort to those who have faced loss. This guide also provides help for anyone ministering to those experiencing a "little death" in life: divorce, loss of job, etc.
Authentic people who are living in authentic Christian Community are powerful witnesses.Topics for this study include:

Real Christians Learn
Real Christians Lean
Real Christians Linger
Real Christians Love
